The logs are put into the debarking groove of the log debarker from the upper part of the frame near the drive end.
There are two teeth rollers fixed on the bottom of the groove. And a lot of teeth are welded on the surface of the rollers. Driven by the motor and drive components, the teeth rollers rotate in a certain direction to directly peel off some of the bark. At the same time, the rotating debarking roller stirs the logs in the groove and cause the stacked logs to roll up, down, left and right.
Log debarker (Tooth Roller Debarker ) is the special equipment used to peel the barks from the wood logs. It is widely used to make high quality net logs for Paper pulp industry, Fiberboard (MDF HDF) , Plywood factory, etc.

During the rolling process, the bark on the surface of the logs is gradually peeled off under the impact, collision and rubbing force between logs. Finally, the barks fall onto the belt under the teeth roller and are transported out of the log debarker.
There are 4-12 knives fixed on the knife drum which is drove to rotate on high speed. The EFB will meet the rotating knives when they are feed into the EFB Shredder by the force feed rollers. Then the EFB will be cut by knives and become small fiber of uniform size. Finally, the qualified fiber fall onto the conveyor belt after passing the screen.
*** To produce good net wood logs, the teeth are designed and welded on the roller by special and strict angle and distance.
Log debarker can work with all kinds of logs and tree branches such as Eucalyptus, Pine, Poplar, Beech, etc. It can process both dry wood and fresh wood, both soft wood and hard wood.
For different working condition, the log debarker can be equipped with different types of infeed system. Logs grabber is the most convenient tools to feed. For uniform feeding, chains conveyor and feeding platform are suggested.
Several types of outlet system to meet different running condition of debarker. For light duty, the wood logs always outlet and fall onto rubber belt conveyor. For heavy duty, chains plate conveyor and drum roller conveyor are best choice.
There is conveyor belt under the teeth rollers of the log debarker. The barks falls on the conveyor belt after they are peeled off from the logs. And finally the barks will be transported out of the log debarker and be sent to next step.
All the running section of the Log debarker is controlled by one control panel.
The control panel is equipped with infeed, outlet, emergency stop control buttons, etc. All the control panel have motor protection function.
