Metal Baler Machine Y81T-125A is applied in steel mills, foundries, recycling plants, ferrous & non ferrous smelting industry to press scrap metal into acceptable furnace charges in shapes of cuboids, cylinders & octagons.
Features
3-way compression, bale density is high.
Robust baler chamber of welding structure. Wear plates: standrad #45 steel (carbon steel), wholy heat treated; optional Mn65 steel wear plates. Cutting blades: optional.
Hydraulic oil cooler: standard water cooler (need cooling tower to supply cool water); optional normal air cooler, or compulsory air cooler (air cooler with compressor).
Magnetic return oil filter. NOK (Japan) seals for cylinders.
Hydraulic drive, manual valve operation, or Mitsubishi PLC operation.
Side ejection of finished bales. Loading hopper is optional for charging of material.
